Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FZ INOX Srl ("FZ INOX", "we", "us") collects and processes the personal data of visitors and users of this website (fzinox.com), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian data-protection law.

1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide via the contact form: full name, company name, email address, telephone number, the product of interest and the content of your message.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information (such as IP address, browser type and access times) in server logs, for security and the correct operation of the website.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your messages.

Providing your data is optional. There is no legal or contractual obligation for you to write to us. In the contact form, however, your name, company, email address and message are required: without them we cannot take on the request or reply to you. The phone number is optional and is only used if you prefer to be called back. The only consequence of not providing them is that you will not receive a reply.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes and information about our products — legal basis: your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• Security and correct functioning of the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. Every request is read and assessed by a person: no system decides on your request by itself, and we do not use automated replies.

4. How the contact form works

Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted and delivered to our email address (export@fzinox.com) by the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a data processor for the sole purpose of delivering your message. The website is hosted by Hostinger. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

In parallel, the same request is sent to an installation of n8n that we run on a server we operate, which prepares an internal summary and notifies us on Telegram, so that we can reply to you sooner. Telegram therefore receives the data of your request and is, to all effects, an external recipient: its processing takes place under Telegram’s own privacy policy, which may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area.

5. Third-party services

To provide certain features, this website loads content from third parties that may process some of your data (such as your IP address) and, in some cases, set cookies:

• Google Fonts – web fonts loaded from Google servers.
• Google Maps – interactive map embedded on the Contacts page.
• YouTube (Google) – video links and preview thumbnails.
• Hostinger / Zyro CDN – delivery of images and assets.

For details on cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with the processors and providers listed above. Some of these providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Data retention

We keep the data you submit only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for the period required to comply with legal obligations. Server logs are retained for limited periods for security purposes.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and to obtain its rectification, erasure or restriction; to object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw any consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, contact us at export@fzinox.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with its "last updated" date.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, technical drawings, datasheets, performance curves and interactive tools — is the property of FZ INOX Srl. Reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, is prohibited without the prior written permission of FZ INOX Srl.
