The FZ-CP FLUX is a centrifugal pump with external seal flushing, designed to guarantee maximum hygiene. The flushing fluid continuously lubricates and cools the mechanical seal, keeping it clean and significantly extending its service life.
Perfect for the food, dairy and beverage industries, it is ideal for abrasive, viscous or crystallising products that would quickly damage a standard seal. Built entirely in stainless steel — hygienic, robust and reliable.
Made in Italy, it pairs sturdy construction with simple maintenance to keep your processes running safely.

Built under your name
The nameplate can be yours
Every FZ-CP leaves the workshop with a stainless steel nameplate: model, serial number, power, speed, flow and pressure — readable for the whole life of the pump.
✎
Your logo and your addressOn request we engrave the nameplate with your own logo and address: the pump reaches the plant under your name.

Frequently asked questions
The answers we are asked most often. Not here? Write to us.
Are the FZ-CP pumps available at 60 Hz?
Yes. The whole FZ-CP range is tested and curved at both 50 Hz (2900 rpm) and 60 Hz (3500 rpm) — you will find both in the performance-curve tool, under the "50 vs 60 Hz" tab.
Which materials are in contact with the product?
AISI 316L on every product-contact part, with a polished finish for hygiene. The motor housing is AISI 316.
Which mechanical seal do you fit?
The mechanical seal is selected to suit your fluid and its operating temperature — it is not a fixed choice, we define it together with you.
Which hygienic connections can I have?
DIN 11851 as standard (Italy). On request Tri-Clamp, SMS, flanges and other hygienic connections, to match your existing plant.
Is there a washdown version for high-pressure cleaning?
Yes — the IP69-K version, with a motor rated for high-pressure and high-temperature washdown environments.
Do you build pumps to measure?
Yes. Every unit is sized on your duty point — flow and head — send us your data and we build it around it.
What certifications do you have?
CE marking and Made in Italy — designed and built entirely in our Thiene (VI) workshop.
