The FZ-CP centrifugal pump with IP69-K motor is engineered for maximum protection against dust and high-pressure, high-temperature water jets — ideal for hygienic environments and demanding washdown applications.
Built in food-grade stainless steel, it supports CIP and SIP cleaning and combines hygiene, reliability and energy efficiency.

Are the FZ-CP pumps available at 60 Hz?
Yes. The whole FZ-CP range is tested and curved at both 50 Hz (2900 rpm) and 60 Hz (3500 rpm) — you will find both in the performance-curve tool, under the "50 vs 60 Hz" tab.
Which materials are in contact with the product?
AISI 316L on every product-contact part, with a polished finish for hygiene. The motor housing is AISI 316. Gaskets are EPDM.
Which mechanical seal do you fit?
The mechanical seal is selected to suit your fluid and its operating temperature — it is not a fixed choice, we define it together with you.
Which impeller does it use?
An open impeller: the vanes have no front shroud, so the passages stay wide, liquids with fine solid particles go through without clogging, and the pump is easy to clean and inspect.
What is the maximum discharge pressure?
4.5 bar at 50 Hz, with the largest models at zero flow: with water that is about 45 m of head. Smaller models reach less: the head of each model is in the “Performance by model” table and on the curves.
Which hygienic connections can I have?
DIN 11851 as standard (Italy). On request Tri-Clamp, SMS, flanges and other hygienic connections, to match your existing plant.
What does IP69-K protection mean?
It is the highest ingress rating: the motor withstands close-range, high-pressure and high-temperature water jets — made for washdown lines where the machine is hosed down daily.
Do you build pumps to measure?
Yes. Every unit is sized on your duty point — flow and head — send us your data and we build it around it.
What certifications do you have?
CE marking and Made in Italy — designed and built entirely in our Thiene (VI) workshop.
