The FZ-TB triblender on trolley delivers maximum flexibility and mobility for dissolving powders in the food industry — move it wherever you need it.
Built in stainless steel with a Venturi body and built-in CIP washing, it can draw in liquids and powders by vacuum, with no need for a supplementary feed pump.
Mixes powders into liquids instantly and without lumps, for homogeneous dispersions.
The triblender is not suited to xanthan gum and other instantly hydrating thickeners: the solution thickens within seconds, turns into a non-Newtonian fluid and stops flowing through the pipes — the venturi system clogs and the machine is out of service until it is dismantled and washed. Thickeners of moderate viscosity remain well within the machine's working range. If you need to dissolve products of this kind, talk to us first: we will tell you straight away whether the triblender is right for the job.
Complete CIP sanitisation
Standard on every triblender, with nothing to add.
When the line is washed or sanitised with CIP, the triblender is not left out. Remove the hopper and in its place connect the recirculation pipe you see below, already provided on the delivery side.
Open the hopper valve and the cleaning solution runs through the whole circuit: the pump, the venturi system and the valve itself — exactly the spots where powder residues hide most readily, and that an in-line wash normally does not reach.
The circuit closes on itself and the triblender is sanitised together with the rest of the line: no piece-by-piece disassembly, no shadow zones. It is a system we supply as standard on every triblender.
